No, afraid I haven't been in the Seattle/Tacoma area for almost 40 years,
although that will likely be changing in the next couple months- I'll be
heading up that way for a week or two to teach a class on Medieval Mongol
cookery ;-)

And, yeah, I get a lot of gender confusion, but I don't worry about it much,
although if any of you want to read my opinions on the whole gender thing, go to:
