[TheForge] slitting and drifting help needed

	The slitting chisel length would be 1/2 the circumference of the
finished round hole. I counted both sides of the slit to equal the entire
circumference. Square or rectangular holes should need to be the perimeter
of the finished hole or 1/2 the perimeter for the chisel length.
