My hope is to find someone to deliver a finished bowl, if I have to do it
myself maybe 4 burners will do.

Yes, that's what I've done in the past.  Works fine for, oh, say, an

6" disk of 16 ga. or smaller.  To make a 10" pan  (say), you need a

14" or 15" disk.  For a shallow 36" diameter bowl, somewhere around

36" disk.  I found getting the bigger disks hot enough to anneal was

slow and tedious.  Before I do another one, I'll try to think up a

trick -- ad hoc furnace, batt tent, something -- to make it easier.
