Mike,
         Whoever started the name calling used a pretty broad brush 
themselves.  "The Left" (so-called) covers a lot of territory.  That 
was part of the point.  This whole discussion degenerated into 
typical holier-than-thou generalizations.
         I certainly wasn't directing it any one person since I know 
none of you personally. You may not use the term but I've heard 
plenty of self-identified right-wingers use them.
