Sure Chris,
First 'copy' the Outlook shortcut on your desktop by pointing to it and
right clicking on it and select the copy option, then right click on the
start icon in the lower left hand corner of the task bar, left double
click the open option, then left double click the programs folder, then
left double click the startup folder.
When that folder opens, right click in the large open area that
contains, more than likely, other programs that start when you boot your
computer and select paste from the menu that opened when you hit the
right click button. left double click 'paste'.
This should place a copy of the shortcut in the folder. When you reboot
the computer will open Outlook for you.
