Hot Dang Terry,
Ever since I apologized for foot in mouth you have started to make sense.
I don't have a problem helping out with a disaster ONCE. But once a piece of
property has received FEMA funds it should never get them again. Use the
FEMA funds to fix the property so it will not get hurt the next time or use
the money to move, your choice. If you buy that property, it must be
disclosed that it has been FEMA funded and you are on your own.

Darrell
