[TheForge] didymium glasses?

Chuck,

Can you suggest a supplier for such a beast? I have a #3 facesheild for gas welding and cutting that I like to use for initial forge welds when there are lots of hot flux and slag flying around, but it's hard to see the colors. I wear glasses already so glasses don't work too well and for whatever reason the flying crud always gets up under glasses anyway.

  Thanks,

  JRF

Get a face shield that has both didymium-variant filter and a gold foil
vacuum deposited coating and you will have X-Ray vision and almost total IR
protection. Pricey but better than anything else I have used.
