you make a good case. as long as they only murder and mame other
countries inhabitants and never strike again in north america they are
safe from being totally wiped out. the mideast arab governments do not
have the guts to wipe them out so the terrorist flourish. while some
mideast arab government actively back the terrorist. syria and iran come
to mind.
