there are no such thing are 'worker rights' even if they are codified in
the laws of the state. illinois workman's compensation is a total joke.
it is not there to protect the worker but rather to limit the liability
of the employers.

the 9yr legal nightmare is a case in point. the next court hearing is 6
feb 2006, next monday. nothing but more delay tactics by the opposing
lawyers.

the only people with 'rights' are those who have to money to buy those
rights. the rest of us are just the sheep being led to the slaughter all
in the name of company profits.
