If coal gets prohibitively expensive, don't fret too much. Hardwood is
plentiful and charcoal is easy to make. I have several miles of fence row
that needs clearing. Bring your chainsaw and have fun. We used it for heat
for many years and can't keep ahead of it. Some of the most renowned blade
smiths swear by it for forge welding.
