[TheForge] OT snowfall

Our grouse in southeastern Ohio seems to have vanished 20 years ago.  About the same time that we had a major rise in the deer and turkey population.  Fox also returned to a higher number at that time.  We don't know what hurt their numbers.  

I wish they were still around.  I just loved having my heart jump out of my chest when I was deer hunting.

No snow in Pennsylvania.  Here in South Central PA the daytime temps have 
been in the 40-50's for the most part.  This is very unusual.

Steve in Maine...has the warm weather helped your Ruffed Grouse population? 
In PA our pop is still very low.  It must be habitat.
