There is some kind of problem with cox.net as (we are carrying about
3,500 thousand msgs to them in our queue as I write this).  No mail is
flowing to them as we get a name serve error for them (name not
found).  It's not on our end either as I have sent mail from other
servers and got the same results.

Charter.net is also having some kind of problem.  They just seem to
disconnect from us when we try to send them mail.  I assume that they
are blocking us but I've gotten no response from them after trying to
contact them about this many times in the last 2 or 3 weeks.  Perhaps
they would listen to their customers complaints about this.

Please do not re-subscribe any of these folks as it will just cause
tons of bounces that tie up our servers bandwidth.  They can
re-subscribe themselves AFTER their ISPs problems are resolved.
