[TheForge] Flatter vs. set hammer

Hi,
You are correct about placing the set hammer or flatter and then striking with a
hammer. Mmmm beer... I started heating with kingsford charcoal and a shop vac
set to blow. I have cooked steak with a rosebud, always been a bit backward
though.
