Welcome, Harry. A set hammer is put into place to set a corner, or
square it up. It's hammered with a sledge or maul. A flatter is moved
around on the surface to iron out the dents... Use a sledge or maul on it too.
Now to the important stuff... What kind of BBQ? Wet or dry? Beef or
pork? My mouth is watering here!
