[TheForge] Flatter vs. set hammer

Both are "set " tools as in struck w/ sledge.
Working surface of the flatter is the face, and most flatters will have a 
flangeed face.
Working surface of a set down tool is the corner and side to make a 
shoulder. Corners may be crisp or radiused.
