Naw...Paul;
Why go and have to buy it twice?
Get an adult,medium sized, major name brand torch that you can 
get parts and service for in 10 years. That dinky stuff will just 
be frustrating.
  A good quality used torch is probably a better bet for the $. 
Get a major brand , modern enough to have O ring seals on the 
tips...and available replacement tips.
The basic technology has been almost unchanged since blacksmiths 
ruled the earth. I use a 1927 Smith # 2 torch almost daily.
