I have several players installed and used "Quicktime" 
to view this one.

I've found the majority of movies can be viewed with 
Quicktime or RealPlayer, it's a rare video that calls 
up one of the others like "FlashPlayer." You may need 
to download and install one or both. Maybe you just 
need an update if you already have them installed.

I'm afraid that's about as helpful as I can be. I used 
to know a bit about computers but that was in the 80's 
and early 90's. I just drive em now and call our 
favorite computer geek if something I really want 
doesn't work.
