Sure, their ISP probably has some form of spam-blocking or spam-filtering 
in place and for whatever reason the message they are replying to tripped 
the spam-filter and it added a [SPAM] tag to the 'Subject' line.  They 
just didn't edit it out when they replied.  Bad habit, but I see it a lot 
on several of the lists I'm on.
