Hmm. Why not just burn the vegetable oil directly?

hello;

i was hoping to get the biodiesel process going before fall and winter
arrived but it appears i will not be able to.

i figure that even if i had to purchase new vegetable oil by the barrel
and convert it to biodiesel i would still be ahead financially.

the biodiesel would be used to fire a crucible furnace and heat the
garage. i am still working out possible designs for a forge burner that
would use biodiesel.
