[TheForge] Any recommendations on cutoff saws? Brands, etc?

I have a 16" Harbor Freight cut-off saw that I purchased 4 or 5 years ago
that I have had great luck with. This is a heavy (220lbs) monster: 220
volts AC, belt driven, with a heavy cast iron base and vice (HF item
#33225). I haven't seen it advertised lately, but I purchased it as a
potential "kit" because I couldn't build the blade mandrel, mount, vice, etc.
for what I paid for the saw. I've used it a fair amount with no problems,
with good abrasive wheels (usually Norton). I mostly use it to cut rebar
and cope tubing/pipe with, but it was a good deal at approx. $200 and free
shipping. As always with HF, your mileage may vary. By the way, I
purchased it to replace a Ryobi POS that didn't last 3 blades.
