[TheForge] Any recommendations on cutoff saws? Brands, etc?

Don't know if this applies to the HF saw Roger, but when our Milwaukee 
band saws start spitting blades out many times it is the tires that have 
worn out.
You might also check the idler wheel. Sometimes the bolt that hold the 
shaft to the frame of the saw loosens up and the wheel no longer runs true.
