I agree; for the company that sells itself out, brand loyalty and 
"good will" are valuable for selling utter crap at a great profit 
for a whole sales cycle.
That's good for the  annual bottom line, then the execs move on 
to the next golden goose to gut.
Well, as bottom feeding goes, it's still a pretty rich mud...PF
