Chris: You machine takes typically .025, .035 or.045 wire. The jamming can be cured by:
1. Removing wire tip at end of gun
2. Try getting wire to feed by activating gun.
3. If this does not work, try cutting the wire at the spool, locking onto the end of the wire that is sticking out of the gun with vise grips, laying the gun cable straight out, and pulling the wire through and out. Then activate motor and feed in the wire at the spool, AFTER checking the spool for free travel and checking the function of the motor drive.

Subject: [TheForge] Powermig 110
Hi Folks,
Just bought a used mig for cheap. The wire won't feed, think
that there is a kink in the wire inside the hose. The motor turns and
pushes wire, but it is jammed inside and won't advance. My questions
are these: One, what size wire does the Powermig 110 take? And, does
anyone have suggestions on how to remedy this?
Thanks,
Chris K.
