[TheForge] NWBA events?

Best I can tell, No one is "locked out" of the NWBA site. There are areas 
that give the following message:

 There are currently no posts in this category or you are not logged in or 
you may not be authorized for this area.

Even a logged in member can get this message if the menu item is empty or if 
the menu is a restricted area (board members only).
