That kind of indifference really ticks me off, not that 
the clown behind the counter cares. Still, remembering 
the guy's name and store for a written complaint to the 
main office can offer some satisfaction. Be sure to 
include the make and model of the tool, etc. you bought 
instead of their product.

I got the model Makita 4 1/2" side grinder I originally 
wanted free to go with the Bosch I bought instead. I 
don't know what they heard in the store I didn't go 
back and told THIER head office so and why.

I can be such a bitch. <grin>
