There's a dichotomy between tools you can find in Homedepot and 
industrial tools. Homedepott gets you the most tool for your 
money, in the short term. If you buy an expensive industrial 
tool, it may cost twice as much or more, but last you the rest of 
your life. The one that lasts you the rest of your life will 
become useless, not because it dies, but because it is hopelessly 
outdated.
I an hopelessly outdated, but i still work sometimes...Pete F
