I put a pyrex coffee cauldron maker thingy from a mr. coffee type coffee
maker in the micro wave to heat it back up. after wards I noticed there
were some stainless steel fitings around the lid hinge and nothing bad
seemed to happen. made me wonder if stainless steel is OK in the micro wave
and since my dog Ben's food dish is stainless steel and I wanted to heat him
up some cold leftovers from the fridge I just did it. It seemed to work
with no problems but I thought I would google around and see if I could find
out how thin the ice is.

here is a fun site I found, don't blame me if you should apt to try
something for the fun of it and end up making those you live with really
mad.

read down the whole list of experiments, if you don't find them useful you
will find them entertaining. some with video clips
