Geez, Frosty, they're the ones over to the left of the starboard tongs
there.

BTW, the guys at Blenko Glass in W. Va. cut bottles about the same
way.  They have a loop of (nichrome?) wire connected to a switch.  Lay
the bottle in the loop, hit the switch and rotate the bottle for a few
seconds.  Pull the botle out and dribble a littel cold water on
it. Spung!  The bottom falls off (of the bottle, not the guy).  Same for
the conical top.

I forget how they split the the resulting cylinder but the slit
cylinder is heated in an open oven and flattend out into a sheet for
sale as hand blown stained glass.
