[TheForge] Glass "funnel"

Frosty mentioned the difficulty of finding a glass funnel - for the
application of ramming a refractory material to that shape and being
able to see what you're doing.

I knew I had an idea in the back of my mind when he wrote that, but
only now did it come to the fore:  A large bottle.  The top of a carboy
or other large bottle is funnel-like and could be used in place of a
funnel for this application.
