[TheForge] Gas forge Question

In the book Gas Burners for Forges, Furnaces, and Kilns by Michael Porter

He describes how to build a propane tank based forge. Now seeing that I 1) 
have no forge and 2) have two old propane tanks that everyone wants $$ to 
dispose of, just how difficult is this really?

I've gone gently over the directions, and to start with, I haven't got a clue 
how to fill the dang things with water?!?

If you've built one of these guys, and have any tips, could ya drop me a line?

And as to why the list is dead, hmmm a good chunk of the south is underwater, 
or dodging falling stuff. Might count for some of it. Also the Florida folks 
are probably getting ready for the conference on the 7th. I know I'm eager - 
heck I'm dragging my two sons too! (and I might add they are willing participants - of course the Sunday pankcakes at Deleon springs might have something to do with it! )
