[TheForge] bridge crane

I have the opportunity to build a new shop.  On the top of my wish list is 
a bridge crane.  Has anyone on the list ever built a bridge crane? is it a 
do it yourself project or should I just plan to hire it done?  The building 
will probably be 30 x 40 in the main shop area and it seems like a 4000 lb 
crane should be enough (2000 lb may be OK).  Any and all advise is welcome.
