Who's the List Mom while Dave Mudge has more pressing stuff to do?

I keep getting bounces from Maine College of Art:

    bacrpenter,Maine College of Art (The name was not found at the remote
    site. Check that the name has been entered correctly.)

Surmising a typo, I contacted bcarpenter at meca.edu and he politly
replied that he hadn't subscribed and knew noting about it.  Perhaps
bacrpenter at meca.edu should be manually deleted from the list?
