Well when it comes to Alex Bealers book.. I'm such a newbie that I'm
not certain whether it his instruction or my inability to get things
right. I do know that without sufficient experience whacking metal on
the anvil, taking anything from a text book is a effort. I'll leave it
to the more experienced of you to give an informed critique.

Oh you got me interested in what a 'French Clip' is.. sounds like a
European eupharism for giving someone a wedgy.. so I googled it and
all I could find was some form of decorative hairband. Let me know if
Google is correct in it's assumption ;o)
