Stephen, Thanks for compiling that list and adding the links below it - I just saved it to a file on begginer's books in my reference and layout file.

Does Finland do the same apprenticeship programs like Denmark does?  I worked with fellows who went thru the shipbuilding apprenticeships and they were awesome in talent, skill, competence, and work ethic in every way of working with them.
