You sometimes see this sort of thing being sold on eBay when someone sells a
machine for parts.

I don't know another source, but if you get desparate, it might make a neat
aluminum-casting project. (You've got the old one, I presume.)

Hi
I need to replace the step pulley on an old Walker Turner drill press its
a 2, 3, 4, 5 pulley with a 7/8 shaft size(Not the motor end). I've searched
MSC, Grainger, Mc Master and others. Any one know of other sources I might
be able to try?
