[TheForge] Step Pulley

The previous owner broke the edge off the largest pulley. At this point the
bore is good if I had to I just wouldn't have the slowest speed. If I can't
find one I'm probably going to try to buy one with a 3/4 shaft hole and
hope it has enough meat to drill it out. I can't find one with a smooth
bore so if I go that route I hope it works
