If you go with a single blower you may have adjustment problems as each 
forge operator opens and closes their blasts. ( #1 closes and #2 gets a 
face full etc.)
To over come this you could arrange a bellows like on a church organ. It 
is a large box with a lid connected by a flexible membrane. Ours has a 
cement block on the lid. The fan will compress the air up to the weight 
of the block. As air is used the lid goes up and down. It is a balancing 
act, but works like a dream.
