I would like to thank Larry Zoeller and Lewis Meyer for generously allowing
me to visit their shops today.
Larry is a really great and generous guy to visit. It is obvious that he
genuinely wants to grow blacksmithing by helping others to be able to get
started in the art and to improve the working environment for those of us who
have been in the field for years. Larry seems to be working on several new
burner designs as well as an easily made, affordable gas forge design for those
on a budget.
Lewis Meyer works in one of the oldest blacksmith shops that I have seen,
with an amazing history of over one hundred years of operation. There are
old photos of smiths working and the original forges and tools are truly
fascinating. Lewis is a freindly host as well as a creative artist who allowed me
to interupt his work to show me around and explain the history of the shop he
operates.
Thank you Larry and Lewis for making my trip to Kentucky very memorable.

Trusting HIM,
 Steve Rollert
