If there's any place near you that makes any kind of tank --
hydraulic, fuel, home heating, water, fish, whatever -- they probably
punch holes for the fittings.  You may get many pounds of exactly what
you need, with or without center holes. Until they closed, I could get
any amount of 16 ga. disks in three convenmient sized from Acadia Gas
Engine's sheet metal shop.  I dish them hot into a 1/8" thick cup tool
that bolts into my swage block or sow.

Some sheet metal shops will have a disk cutter.  Old manual ones (such
as the ine I have) are only good for light weight (way less than 16
ga) sheet and 2" or 2-1/2" might be the smallest diameter.

Any place with a punch press could turn out a whole bunch of different
sizes in an hour.
