Phil,
Truly, a worthy topic of discussion!
As previously stated, my anvils are now mounted on platforms with 
casters, and rotate so as to always have the horn face the sun.  
Sorry you could not make it here for the 'fling. It'll probably be my 
last one, since we are off for AZ in a few months.
Hmmm, being farther south and west I may have to rethink the direction 
my horns point!
Whichever way, I will know I am right and you, of course, are misguided.
 BUT, that doesn't mean you are a bad person! Just wrong.
