[TheForge] Military truck capacity--EGRESS/more on longhaultrucking (OT)

Okay Justin; just so long as you leave us jokers the occasional opening.
<grin>

When you say a "trailer" what are you looking for? If you're thinking of
buying a semi-trailer, you're looking at a lot of licencing, inspection,
certification issues. A connex is relatively cheap and requires nothing for
permits as it's basically a big shipping crate.

Getting something where you're at is a different story of course. Living in
Alaska, even 50 miles from Anchorage poses real availability and shipping
problems. Even if I CAN get virtually anything I want in the lower 48,
shipping to AK. can more than double the cost. <sigh>
