[TheForge] re coal shortage(was military truck)

I am not sure about the coal out west but in the east the coal that is 
available is so full of ash and sulfer its only worth using if there are no 
other options.There is some washed coal available from Cape Breton but even 
then its only a little better than nothing.Using the coal from Virginia and 
pennsylvania poc...seam is like the difference between a good steak and 
spam.Just thougt it was worth mentioning .
