Unfortunately, Paddy, the Pocahontas #3 mine that you're talking about, is
in _West_ Virginia, and is just about as far as it is possible to be from
DC, and not be in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania or North Carolina- in fact,
it's at least a 10 hour drive from DC.
