I have never power washed the stuff, but I need to work with or around 
it regularly.

My guess is that it would not hold up well under a power washer.
Most of what I get near , hard and brittle though it is, wears off 
fairly easily, adding the water would probably make it worse.

You might also run into a problem as to what to do with the runoff. Some 
folks would get a might ticky about water loaded with asbestos fibers.

If at all possible I would think judicious scraping and the right paint 
to encapsulate the asbestos.
