That looks like a farrier's anvil to me.  Why not check a local farrier's supply store and see what they have or can get for you.

A few years ago I had a list of a dozen or so anvil supplies in the US, but 
going through that list I only found three besides Centaur. I guess the 
market went through a "correction."
