For guys who need reading glasses. The "cheaters" come in the same 
range of power as reading glasses. My Optrel auto darkening welding 
shield does not allow the cheaters to snap in. I use a bit of duct tape 
to the same end and it works okay. You can also get safety glasses with 
the "cheater" built in. Then no need for cheaters in your shield.
