I'm echoing Ron and Ralph, but I personally wouldn't
trust my eyes to a HF self darkening welding helmet. 
I got a Miller Elite Big Window about 9 months ago.  I
love it.  Best welding helmet I've ever owned (and
this is the 5th).  I think I got a good deal, I got it
