[TheForge] Those cute little Chinese bandsaws

I had one of those cute little saws up until about 6
years ago.  Mine was from WW Grainger, but it was
pretty much the same as all the rest.  They sure do a
good job, especially if you get good bi-metalic blades
for them.  I really don't know if it matters which one
you get.  A friend of mine got the little Jet and the
blade tracking wasn't worth a darn on it.  The stands
on them aren't worth a darn either.  I made a new
stand for mine out of box tubing.

The only reason I got rid of mine, and bought a bigger
one was that I had a large job to do that required a
lot of bandsaw cutting, and I could pay for a bigger
one out of the profit from the job.
