I dont live in the bay area, so I dont know if anyone stocks it there 
or not, but I often have to order in bronze alloy stuff from far away, 
and a little piece like that can UPS.
So if I was you, I would get price quotes and availability from the 
following places.
There are so many alloys of copper/brass/bronze, and very wierd 
availabilities of sizes- ie, some alloys, sheet, no bar, others round, 
no square, some have angles, no pipe, and on and on. I buy a lot from 
alaskan- they stock quite a bit, and will sell you as much or as little 
as you want. But whether they have the alloy you want, I dont know.
