I was just reading the California Blacksmiths' Assn newsletter (one of the
benefits of being part of the newsletter exchange program), and I noticed
they had a demonstrator there who wore a Utilikilt; they said they didn't
make too many "skirt" jokes. Now, at the 2004 ABANA Conference I met at
least 4 guys (myself included) wearing a Utilikilt.

So, how many other blacksmiths out there have a Utilikilt? Do you use the
hammer loop? I really like the pencil pockets to store a prick punch or
cold chisel.

Also, since the 2006 ABANA Conference is in Seattle I'll probably be
picking up another Kilt or 2; after all, Utilikilt has their one and only
store front in Seattle.

For those who aren't familiar with Utilikilt you can check them out here:

blacksmithing https://secure.utilikilts.com/catalog-workman-index.htm
